docleaf provides in-house workshops tailor-made for your products and business to train key personnel and teams who will be involved in your crisis response. These workshops build an understanding of the essential elements required for effective control and management during an incident. We also provide specialist training in specific areas such as media training and human aspects.

Putting it all into practice

We test your response with real time, scenarios. We create a realistic simulation exercise based on our knowledge of the type of issues that arise in a crisis situation. This enables you to identify potential weaknesses in your response and to assess how your organisation performs.

Following the simulation, docleaf provides a complete evaluation and a written report with detailed recommendations for improvements or changes to your crisis procedures.
