The service is operated by the docleaf team on a direct access 24/7 basis.
We
aim to answer any questions related to crisis management, from the
planning phase through to providing telephone support during an actual
crisis.
This service has frequently helped to prevent a
simmering event from developing into a full-blown crisis. There is no
additional charge to use this facility for retained clients, unless we
become involved in extensive investigations, generating documents or we
have to call upon our network of associates.
