This process will involve exploring a number of areas within your organisation and will develop from the information gathered during the crisis risk audit.

We will develop your stand alone crisis response manual. This will address the risks identified in the crisis risk audit. Your bespoke plan will incorporate a wealth of knowledge, experience and reference information developed by the docleaf team.

The roles and responsibilities for identified crisis response teams will be identified both in the form of check lists and with more detailed information.

We will ensure you have all the relevant data that you need to include in your company’s plans.
